Service Calls - 150.00

A service call covers most of the typical issues that a location experiences.

  • Not responding port
  • Bill acceptor failure
  • Print failure
  • Frozen machine
  • Lock replacement or repair up to 4 machines. ($25.00 ea additional machine)

The basic fee for a service call includes simple repairs and replacements. For example, if a customer reports a print failure, this could mean a fledgling or runt replacement, a cable replacement or something else that includes basic troubleshooting. If it turns out to be something much more extensive such as running a new 100 ft CAT5 then there will be an additional charge.

Compliance records are provided for every call.

  • Intralot ticket numbers showing all machines active and connected at time of completion.
  • Print ticket showing all machines are properly printing.

Installs - 450.00 ($25.00 ea additional machine)

An install includes:

  • One pick and one drop up to 4 machines and 4 chairs.
  • Run 100 ft CAT5
  • Configure machines according to location preference
  • Commission machines with Intralot
  • Coin and Events test
  • Lock replacement (up to 4 machines - $25.00 ea additional machine - some exclusions apply)
  • Setting and testing remote credit system (Mutha Goose)
  • Placing all compliance signage (No Cash Payout sign and log sheets included)
Compliance and hook up Documentation is provided upon completion of install:
  • Pictures of completed install.
  • Pictures of machines showing decals have been placed
  • Pictures showing No Cash Payout sign has been hung
  • Pictures of the L license and B License hanging
  • Intralot ticket number showing all games have been commissioned and all ports are active and connected
  • Print ticket showing all machines are printing
  • Class B Connection sheet showing all compliance requirements have been met according to Intralot.

Full Site Removals - 250.00

Full site removal includes:

  • Decommissioning, removal and return delivery of up to 4 machines, 4 chairs, Mutha Goose and printer and Intralot Equipment
  • Before and after pics for your records
  • Intralot ticket number showing machines were properly decommissioned.

Options

  • Additional machines - $25.00 ea
  • Site Controller return to Intralot - $30.00
  • Clean and prep machines for re-install - 150.00 (Includes minor repairs) We do not remove or cut the 100 ft CAT5.

Location Reset - 450.00 (5 machine base - $25.00 ea additional machine)

Locations that have multiple service calls a month and continuous downtime are problem locations. This is usually the result of poor conditions that include built up garbage behind the machines and cabling that is tangled and on the floor. 

Machines that are installed properly will result in almost no service calls and little to NO down-time.

On rare occasions there are other factors contributing to the down time such as rodents, ventilation issues or power anomalies that could result in up-charges.

Location reset includes:

  • Pulling machines and cables to clean the area behind them. We then place the machines back in the proper order ( 1 to 9, left to right) using new cables and structured cabling which means using cabling techniques and tools that keeps the cables off of the floor, untangled and free from debris and cross-talk.
  • Pictures of signage showing location is in full compliance upon completion
  • Before and after pictures of location
  • Intralot ticket number showing all games active and connected upon completion.
  • Print ticket showing all machines are connected and printing correctly upon completion.

Machine swaps include:

  • Pick up one machine
  • Deliver machine to location
  • Decommission and remove one machine

Transport - 450.00 (up to 5 machines $25.00 ea additional machine)

  • Pick up and deliver machines to anywhere in Georgia.
  • Mileage is charged separately: .70 cents per mile

Compliance Check/Update (2024 licensing/renewals 07/01/2023) - (mileage to first location may apply)

1 - 3 locations within 20 mile radius - $125.00 per location
4- 10 locations within 20 mile radius (give or take) - $75.00 per location
10 + locations within 30 mile radius (give or take) - 50.00 per location
Compliance Check/Update includes:
  • Wipe down machines and lite cleaning of gaming area
  • Confirm/Update decals
  • Confirm seals on logic box are present and match log sheet accounting
  • Confirm No Cash Payout signage
  • Confirm/Update B license
  • Before and after pictures of location
  • Pictures of signage and machine decals showing location is in full compliance upon completion
  • Intralot ticket number showing all games active and connected upon completion.

Machine Repair (Cost Depends on type and extent of repair)

Machine repairs can be done at your warehouse or at Georgia COAM’s warehouse. Pick up and deliver rates may apply if completed at GA COAM warehouse.
